Files arrangment

Hello, I'm using windows 10, and I'm having a hard time trying to arrange my files and folders in a way that I can easly nevigate in the future. Do you have any advices how to be more arranged?

There´s a Windows programm called WindirStat. You can see all the files and folders of your hd in a graphic mode. Maybe that can help you.
