please i wanna create an application .. can anyone help me with some information how we start please ..

If you are interested in Android developing check Udacity. They have an amazing program called Nanodegree . If you have a good knowledge in Java and object oriented programming, you can start directly with Android Developer Nanodegree otherwise Android Basics Nanodegree will be Good choice If you have zero knowledge in programming.

hello sir :) .. i have a good knowledge in programming HTML HTML5 CSS JAVA .. but i really have no imagination for the app .. so thank you for your attention

if you have pc, you need android studio for android application development

then just download some simple examples of apps and try learning from it.. or checkout android official documentation on web at developers.android.com
