I am a new learner and I am not sure which platform I chose and where??
you suggest..

Conceptually speaking, Graphic design is NOT a technical but an ARTS subject. Visual Arts courses would a good place to start. Then there's the angle of Advertising and Marketing. Designing 'front-end' graphics is just an add-on to be taken AFTER.
