Next Steps (ADVICE NEEDED)

Hey Guys, I am currently a Director at a Chick-fil-A I love my job but am wanting to provide more for my family. I am looking to coding as a ladder out of my current role. Here is where I am currently at HTML - Great understanding, only need some kinks worked out around forms and inputs CSS - My favorite subject so far. I picked up grid and really lean towards it when deciding layouts and stuff. I still have a solid understanding of flexbox, floats, tables, ect. I could use more focus on animations, but overall id say this is my favorite subject. Javascript - I know enough to get by but my codes seem to be pretty long. I feel I am not utilizing objects in the best manner, but I am still working in this area. I love Javascript but feel stuck in the sense that yeah I can create some pretty neat tools, but nothing overwhelming like a tetris game or a zelda mimic ect. Id like to get to this kind of level. Jquery - I can use Jquery very well and took my time before picking it up. I feel I could recreate all of the element targeting and event handling that Jquery does without using Jquery itself, however I could not pull of all of the effects, transitions, and animations it can do with just plain JS. PHP - I have just started picking this up and am surprised to how similar to Javascript it is. Looking forward to learning more. Okay so for you pros out there looking to help a noob, what should I focus on next? I just feel a little stuck in my next steps. thanks in advance!
