Forgive me if there’s a topic like this already

But for people who have used this app to learn, is this what you’ve used mainly to teach yourself, or have you gone to school or used YouTube videos, or both? I understand probably getting every single resource you can will be beneficial in the long run, so I should expose myself to ALL of that. I’m just curious if some of you, who understand a lot about whatever language you use, were able to use this app as their main tool. TLDR: have any of you JUST used this app, and had success in teaching yourself and understanding things?

Check this out Dylan Hickey https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/1593853/?ref=app Also this app is a great starting point but you will not learn everything about a given language on this app alone. Like you said, there are a million resources out there but its not a good idea to look at them all. You’ll want to pick the top resources for whichever language you’re trying to learn. Reading any and every resource can sometimes confuse you like it did me because youl’ll run into some which explain something different or not give you much of an explanation at all. Some will even misguide you on your journey. So its always good to have google the top resources for given language and start checking out all the TOP resources.
