Sololearn server Error

I have been using sololearn for a year now, I came to observe something, which is my tutorials level goes back at each login I perform in a new device and now the worst has happen. I have not been active in sololearn for the past 2months now I guess and logging in now seems my whole account has been refreshed, as though am a new user, can't see any of my past profile. instead it told me to activate my account and after which it login me in as an entirely new user. WHAT IS THIS AND WHAT'S THE SOLUTION?

I would first check that you are using the same email address as last time. I know that when I first signed up, I used one account, then came back a year later and ended up creating a new account by accident. If that doesn't explain things, then this could potentially be a deeper administrative /technical issue, which is unlikely to be resolved via asking the community (since we don't have access to your account history behind the scenes). I would recommend emailing SoloLearn directly at info@sololearn.com. I hope you're able to get this straightened out soon. 🙂
