Code burnout anyone?

I have been writing code several hours a day the last few weeks some days 10 to 12 hours. At the end of the day my brain feels like mush. Going to take a couple slow days to recover. Anyone else ever deal with this? Not feeling discouragement or anything, actually enjoying myself, just my brain feels like it needs a break.

thats too much of work, take a break every 1/2 hours of coding. and trust me if you keep your current pace in actual work it wont be good for you and your career. your boss/customer sometimes dont really know about your condition, all they want to know is your result. so keep yourself healthy.

It happened to me a few times, e.g. to complete something for a deadline. Best way to deal with it for me is to plan for a true break at the end of it: celebration with co-workers followed by a few days off with no connectivity.
