It's hard to say because different phone and keyboard app uses different approach into this, in my phone the 'q' and 'w' key will output '[' and ']' respectively, on long press, but I can also shift to symbols layout to find and use the brackets, it may work differently on your phone. Find a button that shifts the keyboard layout from alphabets to symbols.
