How can I download and use three.js in windows?

It's being very complicated to makea program using three.js in my windows, because I don't know how... I go to GitHub... download the source code, the three.min.js, the jquery, the zip file of three.js... But it doesn't work! I've already tested it in two browsers, google and tor... Nothing of them works...

Ash I'm already using three.js now... but not by download... it's by the link of the library... I didn't know that I can use it online by the link in a script src...
