Can c++ be preferred over html

I wouldn't really compare the two. HTML is a markup language while C++ is an actual programming language (you know, logic and stuff).

You cannot compare the two. follow your passion though, if you want to do web then html is the way to go. And if you want to do OOP then C++ is the way to go
