Job as junior Java developer - question

Hi guys, this is my the first question hope will not sound silly but what such a basic point could be regarding knowledge to be brave and try to apply for job as Junior Java developer? knowledge like generics or more far to Java Fx?

I think it depends on the companies you're looking to get hired on to. From my experience, big software firms are picky because they can be (even if you land the interview, there is quite often some miscommunication between HR and the department leads looking to actually fill the position) so this checklist is appropriate for that type of position. Mid-sized software firms or large firms that don't have software as a core competency might be slightly less picky. Small firms or startups will take anyone with a pulse willing to work around the clock for low pay (depending on which round of funding they are on). /shrug

Pretty taugh staff... in many advertisment I see that they require only basic knowledge so probably time has changed.
