How do we get our Assignments approved? Do we get credit /exp for them?

No we don't get any xp's...for that.. Only thing we can get is experience, upvotes, badges (sometimes), and a lot of job satisfaction... 😅

There is no reward for normal assignments. But you can get upvotes.

XP and all the badges are just there to show how active you are. The knowledge is the real reward
