The best training for the International Olympiade in Informatics

Hello Guys. I am an 16 years old student from austria. And i want take part in this competition with the program language c++. Does anyone have a helpfull advice, on what program abilities i should focus and what common examples on such competitions are?

yeah. Spend some time learning algorithms. Not the simplest one, some probability algorothms, hashing functions, merge sorts ans stuff like that. Is is very helpful to know them. Solve problems from earlier olympiades and focus on what you want to achieve. also, stay cool when doing so
