How we start developing application using c or c++ , i mean what is the process

you can start with the C and C++ lessons here on sololearn just go to the learning area and search for one of them, also id recommend looking online for books on the subject im currently reading "starting out with >> C++" and its a good read, the lessons on here are decent, but some are not nearly as informative as i would like, so start with those, practice the stuff you learn as you go and when you finish look online to further expand upon the foundations.
