I want to know about graphic designing software?

I have to design my school technology faculty T-shirt.I want a T-shirt designing
software.I know this question isn't about coding.

No worries! I don't know of software specific to T-Shirts, but something like Photoshop would work perfectly for this task (and many others). You'll be able to create whatever design you want, easily optimize it for print, and then export it into whatever format you need for your task.

Not sure if that's what you're asking or not, but hope it helps. If you're looking for a site that'll let you just upload a picture to it and they do the rest, there are plenty of such websites online.

I'd go for freeware.

Inkscape is really cool for vector images; logos are often made as vector images.

The Gimp is great for image manipulation. (also check gimpshop it has a photoshop-like interface; but it's the Gimp. If you ever get into professional design you probably gonna use photoshop and with gimpshop you'll be more familiar with its interface)
