Java Challenges

Are you expecting us to have eclipse open in the background to speedly type in the code and return the answer? How else do you expect us to answer a for loop question in 30 seconds? And on mobile it's not like I have easy access to a java editing device. So how do I mentally calculate a for loop increment with if statement that calls the function henxe another for lopp again...under 30 seconds? Challenges are fun and all but if you can answer it, what's the sense.

I agree, a lot of challenges are too complicated to do in 30 seconds, that is one of the reasons I don’t do them often

what i do is do it mentally to try to figure out the output. it helps challenge your brain and sharpens it by making it faster to work.

As you becoming advanced in programming you should have the ability on quick calculation and problem solving. So those questions are fair and sensible according to my opinion

Seniru Pasan seeing that sololearn teaches the basics, I disagree. There is no advanced Jabva learning here. Unless someone leaves to learn java elsewhere, just to come back here and exploit the challenges since they have the full advantage over beginners. I think they should either keep questions related to beginners so they areable to learn, teach more advanced courses on java that actually teaches what they ask, or use the challenges questions as a way to learn java, but leave harder questions for when you get better at java. They have stored how much xp you make for each course, so they can increase the challenge difficulty based on that. And the quizzes answers at the end is a good way to reflect and learn again in a future similar, or steadily harder question. People now breathing in for loops can't calculate many different calculations and conditions mentally over and over in 30 seconds, especially when methods included were not thought, and guessing game begins.
