Below are some resources to get you pointed in the right direction. Took a simple google search. Honestly, first thing I would work on is my research skills and hone those to perfection. Took me a couple mins to find the answer to your question, so having to rely on other people to do simple tasks such as searching the internet is no good and will only hinder you in the long run by not being able to rely upon yourself. Just food for thought so you can be more self-reliant in your future endeavors, which will make or break you in the long run. Either way, best of luck to you! Wish you well on your journey. ------------------- https://www.sokanu.com/careers/technical-artist/ https://www.chegg.com/career-center/explore/technical-artist https://www.gamasutra.com/view/feature/130074/the_codeart_divide_how_technical_.php ------------------------------------------------------------- http://getinmedia.com/careers/technical-artist "Skills & Education A bachelor’s degree in game art, fine art, or game design is recommended. Coursework should include classes in traditional drawing and painting, as well as the use of 3-D tools like Maya and 3D Studio Max. The technical artist must have a firm understanding of art and animation pipelines, be familiar with the constraints of different game consoles, and be able to quickly learn proprietary software tools. Proficiency with rigging skeletal systems, art optimization, modeling, and texturing is required. This position demands a talented artist who also enjoys and excels at technical tasks. Some knowledge of C, C++, Python and Lua is beneficial, but not a necessity. You must be detail-oriented, capable of communicating with developers at all levels, and able to work efficiently with little supervision." ---------------------------------------- https://www.glassdoor.com/Salaries/technical-artist-salary-SRCH_KO0,16.htm https://www.indeed.com/q-Technical-Artist-jobs.html ^Look at job openings and see what each requires from you, then learn what it's asking f

@Boem lol Exactly. Saying "half" is being generous. :D Nearly any question that isn't asking you for your personal opinion can be easily found, usually with millions of hits. I can understand if you just started and it is still the 80s or 90s where the internet wasn't as amazing as it is now. Or I could understand if you just started, but you're elderly and just learned about computers/the internet last week. Beyond that, it's hard to find an excuse for someone not knowing how to use a search engine, especially if you're intelligent enough to find SoloLearn, find their discussion area, and then ask us the exact same question you can ask the search engine. This certainly doesn't apply to everyone, but something I've noticed about newer generations is that they want everything immediately and instantly, but don't want to be the ones to do it either. Example: To make toast, put some bread in the toaster, wait a few minutes, and when it pops up spread some butter on it while it's hot. Estimated time: 3 mins "Uhhhhh... is there an easier way to do it? How can I go about toasting toast without having to toast the toast? Any easy way to do something that's already easy to do? Doesn't bread already come as toast yet? Someone should make that, would make my super difficult life so much easier if I didn't have to move my body or think." :D On the bright side, for the millennials that aren't like that, they'll be the people of the new generations that own, run, and reap the benefits of their era. @Arjun I'm talking about people of the entire world in general, not you, btw. ;) You may or may not fall into what I'm saying, and you can determine that for yourself because I don't know you like that. If nothing more, it's just nuggets of wisdom to consider.

Fata1 Err0r you made my day :) half of the SoloLearn questions could be answered with the first part of your answer.. I just see so many questions from people and all it takes is just typing the exact same thing into Google or duckduckgo and boom.. (although I somehow can understand it more when you are just in an early stage of learning. But even then.. )
