Host a website on a cloud?

I recently brought this cloud thing called WD Home Cloud (4TB) and I was thinking about if it is possible to host a website on a computer, is it possible to host a website on this?

Just to add to the reply from uid, I realised that you do kind of need a fast internet UPLOAD* and this would use a significant amount of power. I think then I will host the website somewhere else and will somehow connect this cloud to the website so I can store all the user data on it.
