Is it necessary that video which we want to upload using javascript must be in gallery or it also can be uploaded from internet?

I wanted to upload a video from internet in my code. But I am unable to do that. Can you help me ?

I don't think it's allowed since some video are copyrighted

But it stores much space in the phone if we want to upload many videos and also wastes time in downloading it.

A normal video has a size of 200 mb maximum in 1080p in mp4, unless it is a movie, it shouldn't take time
