How to extract cache music?

Question

Sometimes when we browse the web, we hear
a wonderful music, and you want to download
this music to the local area. How do I get
music from the cache file?

In firefox (I guess it's available in Chrome also), try the 'DownloadHelper' extension (or other available for similar purpose): it would be easier than searching in browser cache... as often the filenames are not explicit/related to the original filename and sometimes files are splitted in many files ^^
