how can I send comment on a website and see the result without urllib.

Well, if you want a solution, that works with any site you want, there is no such. If you want to post a comment on a popular site like twitter, fb or smth, you could use a specific api and libraries for this particular site. In other cases you can't deal without urllib. (Or 3d party urllib2, which i recommend to use).
