Why don't sololearn make bootstrap a certified course as c++,java, etc.

As bootstrap is very good for designing front end and everyone is learning it nowdays. So i think sololearn should make it a certified course.

it cannot be made a certified course because bootstrap itself is not a programming language but only part of the main language HTML

BootStrap cannot be made a certified course because it is a framework and not a unique language. it is more of an application of HTML,CSS and Javascript for web development.
