Can someone please explain how I went from being top .64% in America yesterday to being #3 today?

might bcz of unlocking of badges had provided u some xp , which increased or level as well as rank in the leaderboard

Because your XP is greater than others

All I did overnight was sleep. I woke up and found out I had reached level 6 and had 66 notifications and unlocked 2 badges.
