Do Game Engines affect the value of game developers?

With the coming of better game engines like unity and CryEngine, which can be used by anyone without even the basic knowledge of programming languages to create games. Does this affect the value of a game developer's skill. I want to make a career in game development. Must I still follow it?

Doesn't Unity use C# for programming? Also, you could always get a job working on the engine.

I don’t think it does. Unity’s animation Adam is getting a lot of attention.

Yes unity uses C# but JavaScript can be used in it with/without C#

I agree. You can also get the free version instead of the $35.00 a month.
