my account has been hacked and they took SD card from my phone as well. Can I get rid of the changes they have made on my phone, or time for a new phone?

You can "Reboot" your Smartphone but that would cause everything on your Smartphone to be erased including the changes or "Hacks" they did to your Smartphone.And also how can they take your SD Card? did they physically take the SD Card from your phone?

yes they did. also if they put it ITV here phone does it do things to my phone.
