Concept bug in comment system

I have a couple of notifications that x and y postend in '{question}'. I'm guessing that the original poster of the question deleted that question (what a di*k) but this raises an issue. That question and the answers could have been valuable information for the community not to mention all the posters that answered just lost their contributions. The power to delete an entire thread should not be available to just one person, maybe a voting system be implemented or hide the thread for that one person.

Frankly I think that marking that thread as hidden for the one that doesn't want to see it (since he wanted to delete it) should be the thing to do and I suspect the OP did it because cause he didn't knew how to unsubscribe from notifications. Either way Sololearn, it is wrong to delete the thread and the answers I've posted from my history, a thread should be still available (even if archived/read-only) as long as someone is still interested in it (you know .. reference count *wink* *wink*).
