Question

i just know coding and I want to start mini project in c.
but I really don't have any ideas he to proceed and what are the things I should know more beside c and java(in java I just know oops n fnc n array n recursion and few ideas any data structures)
if any one could guide me with few steps like what more languages I should know and how to take initiative step.
