Who said it? most of the website use jQuery. Infact jQuery is the most popular JavaScript framework even google, and other big giant use it. They are not fool. They have best programmers, if they use, like it why don't you. Come on who does not want write less do more.

I am not saying for all things, I have said that It just use it, I am not saying that google use all jQuery property for there site. Ajax call become easier with jQuery. Sorry If I hurt your feelings.

for learning we should try to make our own methods if possible that's why we learn not to make a project but practise.

For real? Big companies uses them? Where is that info from? Bs I call it. They have bilions of entries every day, jQuery would have to load every time, for every person who entered the site, it would overload servers. Btw. Google and Facebook existed long before jQuery, and there was no point of using it.

I see they are using it ONLY for Ajax. Rest is done with classic js.
