[ReSolved] I paid for the subscription but didn't receive it.

A few days ago I paid for a subscription to Pro, but I never received it on my account. Although Apple officially reports that the purchase was successful. I sent it all to info@sololearn.com. But they've been ignoring me... for several days now. Support, please, at least solve my problem here.

Sorry you’re dealing with this. If Apple shows the payment went through but your Pro isn’t active, the issue is on SoloLearn’s side. Since email support hasn’t replied, I recommend also contacting them through the in-app help center or their official social media accounts with your receipt attached.
