Dart, with Flutter, can be used to develop apps that work both on Android and iOS platforms.It has a big community and you'll find a lot of resources online.
If you're a beginner interested in mobile app development, I suggest you to start with the fundamentals of programming. You might want to start with Python as it is easy to learn and is also used in AI/ML. In summary you can't learn all at once, First you need to understand the fundamentals of programing by doing Python then you can move to Web Development because it has many easy to pick and start projects then becoming full stack and moving towards Mobile Developer with Flutter will be much more easier to start with
