Is computer (pc) require to learn programming

I had done some python code on sololearn but it
Shows error but I checked code it perfect.

You can find an IDE (integrated development environment) for any programming language even if you are using a phone.

So I believe you can learn programming without a computer.

But of course a PC or a laptop will always be more powerful than a phone, which means that you will be able to do more stuff.

Imagine writing 1000+ lines of code on a phone, and then on a computer and you will see the difference.

Some things are made for specific task but smart phone (Android or ios device ) also small
computer,it logic board ram,rom, CPU in some special case even a GPU.

For me, it's not required a pc to learn programming (if you're a beginner or medium).
But if you go in advance field I think it's better, because its simpler and efficient.
