Hello there. I'm sorry I don't know english well. Anyway let's get started For example, my website name is www.xyzabc.net How can I make a new tab on this site, namely www.xyzabc.net/info with a / sign?

They call it "routes" in web development. Browser makes a request on a server with given URL, then the server can handle that specific request. In NodeJS, for example it could look something like this(pure js):
//assume we created server
//we just focus on request handler
if(request.url == 'www.xyzabc.net/info') {
//our code
response.end(data);
//responded to that specific rout
}
