Building an AI Call Tracking & Routing System — Anyone tried it?
Hey devs 👋 Lately I’ve been playing with the idea of building an AI-powered call tracking & call routing system for service businesses. Basically: Log where each incoming call came from (which ad, page, campaign) Automatically route calls to the right person (by location, load, specialty) Store call data & analytics for optimization I’m thinking of using Python, Flask or FastAPI, Twilio (or Vonage) APIs, some ML model for routing logic. Has anyone here built something like this (or part of it)? What stack did you use? What were the hardest parts (latency? voice/text detection? integrations?) Would love to hear your experiences or even see mini code examples!
