How can I see if Pro works?

I bought the 1year subscription but I still have adds. I haven't got any confirmation email about my payment either. Did anyone have the same problem?

flacsman I don't think that payment done successfully. You need to contact Sololearn. When people takes subscription pro symbol comes with their name. Like if you see my name it's different than you.
