Question

"How do you keep yourself motivated?"
I'm always trying to learn new things but in just a few days I become bored and leave without thinking.
"How much time does it take to become a morderate programmer?"
I really have no idea.
"How much time do you spend every day to become very good at programming?"
I really need that answer because there is so many other things to do and studying takes a lot of my time already!
please let me Know your thoughts and it will be very helpful for me.
