CSS: It is used to style/design the structure of page, like color, width, height, background color, margin, padding of any element and however you wanna design.

JS: It is used to make the page dynamic and interactive, all the backend part of page goes into this language, like even on pressing a button.

However, there are certain web development course you can try here such as introduction to html, introduction to css and introduction to js. Additionally there is angular course too.
