Is there any alternative for Android Studio for developing apps?

I am new developer, I am using Android Studio for developing apps. But it is taking a lot of time to load in my PC.
Is there any light weight software that can make my work easier?

The best is Android Studio. You can try Eclipse but I don't think it's good as AS. Try to install AS on Ubuntu. You will see huge performance difference.
