How to Learn?

Hi programmers, i hope all of you guys are very well.

Now i am going to start to learn JavaScript.Regarding this coding I have some questions to raise, hope all of experienced brothers or sisters of mine here will try to answer the best of them.

Here they are-

1.What is the total Roadmap to be a Full-stack Web developer & what resources i should follow for this?

2.Without being a CSE student or any mathematical Proficiency how can i be a full stack developer?

3.What will be the future of web development? Is it right choice to take web development as my future career?

4.What should i do or follow to be a master on JavaScript?

5.Is there any complete resources available to learn JavaScript which you like most?
