How to write bulk SMS portal script using PHP and MySQL

Hey guys, I want to write PHP and MySQL script for bulk sms portal (project).

- user can buy sms online
- user can transfer/share sms to each other
- schedule sending sms
- upload phone book (excel and text format)
- send sms to uploaded phonebook or type numbers direct
- sending sms using different/multiple api

More features.

Please guide me, or if you have any script I can learn from
