I prefer react. In the last 2-3 years there is a constant rise in demand for react developers and since facebook changed last month the library license, companies can use it without fear for thier products, the demand is expected to grow even more.

If I got it correct Angular preformances should be a bit better than React but not something drastic. I tried angular, didn't liked it then switched to React. I know people that went the other way. Try both see what feels better for you, then go with it.

Anyhow there are many good materials online for both, as well as tutorials and youtube guides, so should be relatively easy to learn.
