What is better to learn for data analytics? Python or R?

You should pick your own path :) Both languages have similar capabilities in data analytics field with one having advamtages over the other in certain subjects, while being less supportive in others. The main thing here is, though, that R is purely a statistics/data analysis language, while with Python you can do sooooo much more :)

it will depend on your future (or current) employer: what language was used, more likely, the company would continue to be stuck to it. :(

Python is better for data analytics if you want broader job opportunities, easier integration with tools, and strong community support. R is great for statistical analysis and academic research but is more niche.
