after javascript, i would start php personally. though i would strongly consider learning html/css first :)

HTML and even CSS can be pretty useful before you learn JavaScript. Beyond that I don't think it requires anything else.

You're not mandatory to learn anything before JS, but it will quickly require some Html/ Css basics as its GUI is done with this technology if you want to do more than just plain text output and/or modal basic alert/prompt/confirm windows ;)

To deal with javaScript you should learn HTML
