Of course you can... Add a SQL server database , js , jQuery, CSS and HTML ... If you can learn SoloLearn online it is developed online.
Php is a webpage designer or server it can't make any games though it can be online games
You can also add CSS, JavaScript to make your page live up like a legend.

I would give you advice to start learning JavaScript
