everywhere where you can find an introduction to c++, c++ for (absolute) beginners, or let's start with c++, c++ from zero to hero, or similar tutorials, not just video, but practice as well, those are a great starting points.
you can find here as well a well-written and really beginner friendly c++ course.

as others had recommended me in the past (about 20 years ago): learn c before jumping in to c++
