How do i link elements in my nav bar to other related parts of the page or other page?

Question

Once I click on elements in my nav bar, I want to be directed to related parts of the page or other pages. For example, if I click on ABOUT in the nav bar, I want to be directed to all about the ABOUT on the page or other page entirely.

You need to use the HTML 'a' tag <a href='nextPage.html'> </a>
I would recommend to look for it online
