How to solve this problem: this socket.gaierror: [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed?

I was trying to create a socket connection n I see this error when I run the client module.
I was trying as host: 127.0.0.1, and as a port: 10001

Are you sure a http_proxy environmental variables as not been created on your PC check, and if it has remove it.... this works for me.
