How do I get a file from my phones directory?

I want to link an image from my phone into a CSS code on SoloLearn. How can I do this?

Sololearn don't read from your files. If you want to add your images in codes here on Sololearn, you must store it somewhere on the web and then add the image link over here.
I prefer https://imgbb.com .
