Has anyone got all the 50 badges? What is the maximum numbers level are there in SoloLearn?

Please also explain what good happen in real life by moving from one level to another and earning badges( this is because in my view one's knowledge cannot be defined by no.of badges one have or what level that maybe).
Also explain what is the real intention of 'SoloLearn Community' by giving "+5 Bonus everyday" and asking to " Come back tomorrow for more".
What good all these things does actually?
Please explain.

Nobody has.
Maximum possible is 20, currently 17 has been reached.
Badges do not reflect the knowledge, these are just game achievements.
Coming 30 days in a row gives +100 XP bonus.
