No, that's not enough, this is just an introduction. Keep practicing, learn from different resources, read and code a lot. Learn about security. Discover PHP quirks etc etc...

You won't become a developer within a week, it takes years to become proficient in programming. And keep in mind you will NEVER stop learning in this field.
