Need help building a web site

Question

Hi so I am a complete beginner when it comes to programming (only have a little expirience with c#).So I have to build a web site where users like you could post ads for cars(selling them so like craigslist for cars). I am wondering with which programming language could this be done ASAP I have like 2 months for this project so I would have to learn the language and build the web site with it. Could this be posible with django and python?Thanks in advance if I skipped any important info please tell me.

Websites are built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, php and JQuery .
These are simple and the best for your website.
I used them for a rental website that is still under construction
